Groups and Workshops

Groups and workshops

As a therapist, I specialize in offering group therapy sessions that cater to specific populations. My focus is on providing a safe and supportive environment where individuals can come together to work through their challenges and find healing. In addition to therapy, I also offer educational and preventative workshops to help individuals develop the skills they need to thrive.

ART JOURNALING: A creative practice for mental wellness (Registration closed)

Art journaling combines the written language and the visual language to give a greater breadth of expression and understanding. In essence art journaling is the combination of art making and journaling with the intention to create greater insight and understanding of the self and others (Kelly, n.d.).
